Peter Geer
Peter Geer Construction is owned and operated by Peter Geer. Peter has a general contracting license as well as a painting license. He brings over 26 years of construction and maintenance knowledge to the business.
He has extensive experience with dry rot repairs and maintenance work for approximately 800 rental units in Yolo County and the surrounding area. That hands-on experience has built deep knowledge through inspections, troubleshooting and repairs.
Peter has worked on homes built from the 1800s to the present, so he is well versed in the construction methods and practices used throughout the years. This knowledge is crucial for dry rot repair, preventative maintenance and a wide range of home issues.
Additionally, Peter has 6 years of experience building high quality steel buildings, 5 years of dedicated roofing experience, and 18 years performing Section 2 related work.
